Reading Fundamentals
Minimum Requirement: 25 or 55 minute lessons, 2 days/week
The Reading Fundamentals program is for preschool and Kindergarten students who have had little to no literacy instruction. Students will gain phonemic awareness skills and alphabetic fluency. Upon completion of Reading Fundamentals, students will be able to read and spell open and closed syllable words containing digraphs (e.g., she, chip, mad).
There are 32 total lessons in this Orton-Gillingham based program. Each lesson may take 1-5 days to complete. By the end of 4 lessons, your child will learn how to read and spell 2-3 letter words. By the end of 9 lessons, your child will learn how to read and spell full sentences ranging from 3-7 words.
Each lesson includes:
Development of 10 rotating phonemic awareness skills
Review of previously learned concepts
Introduction to 1 phoneme (sound) and its associated grapheme (letter/letter combination)
Letter formation practice
Introduction to 1-2 sight words
Word dictation (after 4 lessons)
Sentence dictation (after 9 lessons)
Fluency practice (after 4 lessons)
Optional weekly homework will be provided. Homework is recommended to move your child through the program quicker but never required.

Reading Remediation
Minimum Requirement: 55 minute lessons, 2 days/week
The Reading Remediation program is for elementary-aged students who have been taught literacy skills but are struggling to read and spell. Students will gain fundamental skills, including phonemic awareness skills and sound-symbol relationships, and apply them to more complex literacy patterns. By the end of the Reading Remediation program, students will be able to read and spell multi-syllable words containing blends, digraphs, vowel teams, diphthongs, contractions, and more.
There are 51 total lessons in this Orton-Gillingham based program. Each lesson may take 1-5 days to complete.
Each lesson includes:
Development and review of 10 rotating phonemic awareness skills
Review of previously learned concepts
Introduction to new concepts (phoneme/graphemes, vowel types, syllable types, and syllable division rules)
Word and sentence dictation
Syllable division practice
Introduction to 3-5 sight words
Fluency practice
Decodable reading practice
Optional weekly homework will be provided. Homework is recommended to move your child through the program quicker but never required.

Morphology Masters
Minimum Requirement: 55 minute lessons, 2 days/week
The Morphology Masters program is for students who have completed the Reading Remediation program or upper elementary-aged students with strong literacy skills. Students will learn and define words containing prefixes, suffixes, Latin bases, and Greek bases. By the end of the program, students will expand their vocabulary knowledge and improve reading comprehension and spelling skills.
There are 65 affix lessons, 43 Latin base lessons, and 10 Greek base lessons in this Orton-Gillingham based program. Each lesson may take 1-5 days to complete.
Each lesson includes:
Review of previously learned concepts
Introduction of 1 morpheme and its definition
Word and sentence dictation
Passage reading with new morpheme concept
Vocabulary activities
Reading comprehension development
Optional weekly homework will be provided. Homework is recommended to move your child through the program quicker but never required.
