About Tiffany Lam, M.Ed.
I always knew I wanted to help children. Since 2011, I have worn many hats: undergraduate research assistant (for Autism research), undergraduate researcher (for Autism research), ABA behavior technician, after school tutor at Kumon Learning Center, private in-home tutor, special education tutor in home, cognitive educational therapy clinician at Stowell Learning Center, Learning Specialist at Light the Way Learning Studio, Educational Specialist at a charter school, and private parent consultant. It was, however, when I started tutoring reading and providing cognitive educational therapy to children with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, and executive function deficits in 2015 that really solidified my passion for helping students overcome their reading and learning challenges.

Now, I work with students 1-on-1 and give them the tools they need to read and learn. I draw from a variety of curriculum, programs, and specialized approaches to customize the tutoring experience for each child. I first conduct assessments to identify gaps in reading and learning and meet them where they are to build and develop a strong foundation. In as little as 9 hours of instruction, preschool/kindergarten students learn to read and spell full sentences. In as little as 6 months, elementary-aged students can close a one-year gap in learning. My students all become confident readers and learners.

Every child can learn. Every child can read. They just need someone to teach them in a way that works for them. I would love to see if your child and I are a good fit for each other. Click the button below, fill out the form, and let me know what your child is struggling with today.
